All things are energy. You are energy on many different levels. Your body, your mind, your soul are all just energy but just different vibrations and frequencies. Everything around you is also energy, you may feel/sense/know it or you may not. Since all things are energy, we are effected by our surroundings and we can also affect our surroundings.
Lately, I have found myself in some difficult surroundings and situations, as an eternal optimist, I always search for a positive spin and a lesson so that I might improve and progress. I am aware that if I am affected by what goes on around me, then I have given my power away to it. More on that some other time.
My positive spin about my current situation is to recognize that “all things are energy”. I (and you alike) am a vessel and vehicle. I can choose to bring energies that are swirling around me within me, but with conscious awareness of what it is and what I am doing with it. Otherwise, I might allow it to overtake me. But when I can remove myself from “being caught up” in the swirling energy around me (like a tornado), I can open myself up to the larger picture so to speak. I remember that I am energy like this situation or person and I can choose to bring the energy of this into me in order to convert it and then send it out into the world renewed into beneficent energy.
Choose to turn energies into quickened, beautiful, positive light and love and send it out into the world to uplift and benefit humanity and the universe.
How it’s done is simple:
Connect with the energy, feel it and focus on it. Hear what it has to say, and be open to seeing yourself in a new light and be open to receive instructions to improve yourself and maybe change something about yourself. Welcome it in, thank it for doing it’s job (there is always a reason for it being there). Then see it converted into light, and see it’s luminescence, and feel it’s warmth and love. Release it into the universe and see it go from you and into everything, as a beneficent energy. This releases you from the negativity of the situation and it’s conversion into light is helping someone or something else in the meantime. Beautiful!
